Whether this is your first pregnancy or not, this is a special time devoted to you and the life within. Our prenatal yoga course comprises:
Breathing techniques (pranayamas) to improve lung capacity and help during labor;
Postures (asanas) and movements to strengthen and tone muscles as well as work on hip flexibility;
Postures to easy pregnancy discomforts and pain;
Techniques to reach deep stages of relaxation;
Meditation;
A lot of sharing about previous experiences, fears, anxieties, etc;
Interaction with other to be moms that are going through the same as you;
And lots of FUN!!!
