Prenatal Yoga Course

Are you pregnant and whiling to keep a health body, mind and spirit throughout your pregnancy? So call me and join our course.

Every Monday

From 7:30-9:00 am

Starting September 25th

​

Whether this is your first pregnancy or not, this is a special time devoted to you and the life within. Our prenatal yoga course comprises:

  • Breathing techniques (pranayamas) to improve lung capacity and help during labor; 

  • Postures (asanas) and movements to strengthen and tone muscles as well as work on hip flexibility;

  • Postures to easy pregnancy discomforts and pain;

  • Techniques to reach deep stages of relaxation;

  • Meditation;

  • A lot of sharing about previous experiences, fears, anxieties, etc;

  • Interaction with other to be moms that are going through the same as you;

  • And lots of FUN!!!
