Do I have to bring any equipment with me?

Apart from bringing your beautiful soul and smile, it is nice to practice yoga in your own mat, that´s the place you will devote your time and energy during classes, a safe and sacred spot for your yoga time. So bring along your yoga mat and start bounding with it :)
